Cooper Institute for Advanced Reproductive Medicine is pleased to announce the opening of its third office located at St. Luke's Medical Tower, Texas Medical Center. C. James Chuong, M.D., a Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, is the Medical Director of the Institute.
