General Dentistry with special interest in Cosmetic dentistry
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am the owner. I first got interested in dentistry as a child with lots of dental issues growing up. I had a very painful experience every time i went to a dentist for fillings. I wanted to be a dentist to help people not feel the same pain and anxiety i had.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My office caters to giving very individualized care for every patient who come to seek my professional services. We try our best to accommodate same day appt. if there is a need. We take our time to address needs of our patients's dental issues as well as their emotional fear of coming to a dentist. We are equipped with latest technologies and procedures to meet patient's wishes.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. We believe in one on one patient care from start to finish. There is no plan for expansion.

We are very centrally located. We are between Richmond Ave and Southwest Frwy on Buffalo Speedway. We are in close proximity to Medical Center, Greenway Plaza, RIverOaks, West Univeristy and Bellaire. 3700 Buffalo Speedway #310 Houston, Tx 77098
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of credit cards, cash and we also accept assignment of benefits from Insurance company- It means, we will file your insurance and get paid

Dr. Ellen Lim owns Progressive Dental and She and office staff are in charge of daily operations
