Physicans from Houston Eye Associates and other partnering ophthalmological practices donate their office and surgical time while the HEA Foundation pays for the hospital and surgical center fees, medications, prosthetics, laboratory and diagnostic testing, and any other medical service required to preserve and restore the patient's vision.
