Filled a need for fraud prevention in the B2B community. It's hard not to get hyped about catching thieves who steal from businesses and make the rest of us pay for it.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As a not-for-profit, NACM Gulf States is mission driven, not profit driven. We are owned by the members, so making a profit is not a primary motive. Unlike other collection agencies or credit bureaus, we exist to serve an industry in the marketplace, not make money for an owner or investor.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, right here in Texas and a branch office in Metairie, Louisiana which serves Louisiana and Mississippi.

We saved them from a fraud or customer business failure to such a degree that the cost to be involved with NACM is a tiny speck of insignificance. (it happens all the time!)
