See What Develops

I paid $300 - $400 for a portrait of my kids in December 2013. The color was all wrong! In the portrait, my blonde hair child had RED HAIR! I contacted the owner multiple times, was promised he'd send a color-corrected portrait to me. HE NEVER SENT IT. (It is now September 24, 2014). Pretty pathetic when School Pictures are better than See What Develops.
