I signed up for a FLEX Account to be effective 12/1/2016, and was told prior to receiving my card, if I had any prescriptions to fill, to pay for it, then submit your receipt for reimbursement. A representative at the benefits meeting indicated reimbursement would be made within 48 hours. I filed the claim 12/21/2016, and to date, 2/7/2017 still haven't received payment. Every time I have inquired since the date of submission, I have gotten a different response. No one seems to know what is going on, and I think it is suspicious that they can't seem to reimburse $49 in 7 weeks. I sincerely hope my company chooses a more reputable and dependable company, than this one is.

My family has made decisions regarding our medical, dental, and vision coverage based on written responses to our numerous questions directed to this firm. We cancelled alternative coverage based on those assertions, executed documentation with The Compliance Office to bind coverage, and have now been told three months later, that the information that we were provided was incorrect and our dental and vision coverage is invalid, and instead of up to 24 months of medical coverage, we only have six. To remedy the issue they have apologized but have offered no compensation or solutions to remedy the problem that they caused. Bill Mann, the founder and compliance officer could only offer an excuse and apology. When our conversation turned to resolving the issue, he said we could file a lawsuit if we desired and then suggested that we end our conversation but he was not "hanging-up". These people are supposed to be subject matter experts, my family made serious health care decisions based on their written responses, will suffer negative financial impact, and now the best we can get is an I'm sorry and if that is not good enough, sue me. I would strongly suggest that if you are looking for a competent service provider that stands behind the service they provide, look elsewhere.

Our health insurnace brokerage firm realized that there was no compliance company that focused on the business of compliance aimed at the small to medium sized (2 to 3000 lives)groups. We built our system to be both broker and client friendly.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We're not just a compliance company. We help our clients in ways our competition has not even dreamed about!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our home office is in Houston, Texas. We our strategic partner is located in Mount Arlington, New Jersy.
