What is your primary product or service?
Specialty entertainment oriented lighting products, most specifically LED lighting. LED lighting for "architainment", entertainment, and hospitality venues of all sizes and types including nightclubs, bars, hotels, event companies, mobile DJs, skating centers, bowling centers, and more! I feature leading brands like American DJ, Chauvet, Elation Professional, JBL Pro, Global Truss and many more!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have over 25 years of hands on experience in professional lighting and sound for the hospitality entertainment markets. I worked for McFaddin Ventures in the 80s, a prominent club owner/operator, heading up the entertainment services division. I then was sales manager for s sound/lighting contracting/sales company for almost 19 years. I started my own company in 2008, selling pro lighting and DJ sound products online and by phone, nationwide.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Hands on, personalized service. Building strong and meaningful relationships with my clients, establishing myself as the go-to for all their lighting and sound needs. Offering the latest products at the most competitive pricing possible. Providing fast, friendly and honest advice to help assure my customers make the best purchase possible to meet their needs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I do not have a physical "brick-n-mortar" store or showroom location. I am primarily a dot-com operation with an office and stock room. I also ship from multiple locations nationwide depending on the product. I offer phone and email assistance as well as on-site consultation to those in the Houston area.

What type of payments do you accept?
I accept most major credit cards. I can also work out other means of payment to best satisfy the needs of my clients, such as wire transfers, certified checks etc.
Which areas do you service?
My clients call on me from all over the country. I ship orders nationwide as well as to HI, AK, and PR. I do not sell outside of the US and its territories.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own and operate the company, personally seeing to that all of my customer's needs are met, meeting or beating their expectations every time I am given the opportunity to do so.
What are your hours of operation?
I am open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. central time. I also monitor and respond to emails 7 days a week as necessary.
