How long have you been in business?
Since November of 1985.
We have seen the cycles in real estate and are experienced in working with the tenants and all forms of lenders/owners.
Managed as many as 90 properties that were predominately lender or institutionally owned.
What is your primary product or service?
Full service commercial real estate company with teams for management, leasing and various forms of construction for Commercial real estate including build to suit buildings. We do not do multi-family but all other forms of income producing property. We supervise and manage construction and when necessary act as the general contractor to reign in remodeling costs. We also offer purchasers a new take on the inspection process. Call us for details if you are purchasing a building.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Two owners came from construction, financing and real estate backgrounds. All of which are a natural fit and bring loads of experience to the table. Two owners cumulatively have over 70 years experience.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Distinct hands on teamwork approach. Visit the properties weekly, visit the tenants monthly (or more often if needed)and establish a relationship - so they won't move for a $.10 rent reduction!!! We've assembled a very loyal, skilled and seasoned team of professionals with great tenure; ranging from 19 years to 2 years with the average employee being here 10 years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 27 properties in our portfolio and definitely plan to expand.

95% of our payments are in check or autodraft payments. We do accept credit card payments.

Greater Houston area, Conroe, Woodlands, College Station, San Antonio, Galveston, etc. We have also managed properties in dozens of other cities.
