How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for 11 years. We opened in November 1997
What is your primary product or service?
We primarily fix computers, bugs, viruses, internet problems and hardware issues. We also sell Used Systems and New Systems.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a kid I had to take everything apart to figure out how it worked so naturally when I got my first PC at 16 years of age I had to take it apart. I've been fixing computers ever since, so my background is pretty just experience which now is in the range of about 20 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Reasonable and customary pricing that is better than any of our competitors, honesty with our customers, being helpful when communicating with our customers and finally the high quality of our work makes our business unique, especially in this day and time.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 and no.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are east on FM 1960 in Atascocita, about 7 miles from the City of Humble, we are in a small shopping center just East of West Lake Houston Parkway.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Checks (we run check electronically) and all major Credit Cards.
Which areas do you service?
Atascocita, Humble, Summerwood, Kingwood, Huffman, Crosby, Porter, New Caney, Channelview, Northeast Houston, Spring, The Woodlands, Dayton, Liberty, etc. However we do not do any onsite work... everything is Walk-In ... first in first out... and generally turnaround is 24 to 48 hours... repair times may vary...
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are locally owned and operated. Our business is family run and family oriented, we live in the Atascocita area.
What are your hours of operation?
Mondays we are open 9AM to 6PM Tuesdays thru Fridays 9AM to 8PM Saturdays we are open 9AM to 4PM
