How long have you been in business?
Since 1992.
What is your primary product or service?
All Residential Mortgage needs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I come from a Banking Family and this seemed to be a natural progression of my background.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We're not your Grandfather's type of Mortgage Company...We opened with one primary mission: To combat the impersonal service being given by most banks and large remote mortgage companies.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Loan Officers tend to work with laptops these days, so having multiple locations isn't as important as it used to be. HOWEVER...we currently have 6 great branches around Greater Houston and LOVE to have visitors!

Currently we have 6 offices....This one is at 1030 Yale @ 11th Street. Very cute Grey Bungalow with a red tin roof.
What type of payments do you accept?

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We're all one big happy family....and run the Fairway Kelso Branches as such...

M-F 9-5 or by appointment....we're very accomodating!
