How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I always wanted to own my own business and needed to earn additional income. I chose commercial cleaning because of the low start-up and overhead costs. My background working for a large delivery service gave me valuable experience in customer service,which is a major asset in any business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As a small business, we like to think we've found our niche in the market cleaning the small offices that large commercial cleaning services are not interested in for economic reasons. Some of our clients prefer to have their offices cleaned during business hours. We take time while we are on the premises cleaning,to interact with our clients to ensure that we are meeting their cleaning needs. This results in a great customer relationship.
What type of payments do you accept?
Currently we accept company checks based on a monthly invoice.
Which areas do you service?
Spring,The Woodlands,Tomball,Greenspoint and the North I-45 corridor.
