We have an excellent VARIFIABLE reputation for providing bookkeeping services for small to medium size businesses with correct set-up on new companies, and clean-up on existing companies, including multiple locations. Our client base includes non profit organizations, construction, real estate, high end insurance reimbursement, service industries, manufacturing and retail. We have provided outstanding “out source” accounting for over 10 years, thus highly supported by active, local businesses. Acting as a liaison betweeen the business owner and the C.P.A. The initial consultation is free of charge, and will be used to assess the company and determine a projection date; this depends on the severity of the clean up or initial size of the set-up. Upon completion of Phase I, maintenance is available. The maintenance, Phase II, is customized to fit your needs and would be your total monthly accounting expense, usually requiring 4-6 hours a month at 25.00/hr.
