How long have you been in business?
I started my company in 2009.
What is your primary product or service?
We carry AMSOIL synthetic lubricants and filters for your car, truck, motorcycle, lawn equipment, jet ski, tractor, and bulldozer.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have worked closely with the automotive industry for over 13 years and know automotive trends well. I became a user of full synthetic motor oils for my car about 7 years ago and have never looked. I drive about 24,000 miles per year and wanted to save money and time by switching to a motor oil that would stay in my car long and still offer wear protection. AMSOIL does both plus I take far less used motor oil to the recycling center when I change my car' oil.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do not sell by using high pressure sales tactics. Rather, we educate the buyer by giving him/her all the facts and letting them choose their plan of action. I hate walking into a store and being hounded by commissioned sales agents, why would I want that for my customers?
