Apex has been in business since October 1989
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary offerings are voice and data solutions (including VoIP voice solutions and computer networking). We also offer WAPs (Wireless Access Points for home, office and industry...indoor and outdoor). UPS/BATTERY Back-up units are also available.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began with a local interconnect company at the entry level position and worked my way from the ground up. I began as a cable puller and worked my way up to project management.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are VERY responsive and care about our customers. We consider our clients as friends not just customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location with customers as far away as Beaumont and San Antonio.

We are located on the west bound side of the North Sam Houston Parkway (Beltway 8) between the Hardy Toll Road and Imperial Valley.
What type of payments do you accept?
APEX ACCEPTS ALL FORMS OF PAYMENT EXCEPT DEBIT CARDS. WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECK, AND MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS. WE HAVE LEASE PURCHASE PLANS AVAILABLE AS WELL AS NET TERMS.

THE FORMAL HOURS OF OPERATION ARE 8 A.M. TO 5 P.M. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY BUT WE ARE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKEND WORK AS WELL AS AFTER HOURS.
