Wine Accessories, Temperature & Humidity Controlled Wine Cellar Cabinets, Wine Gifts, Gold Gift Cards, Personalized Items, etc...
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We've been online since 1997 (but in business since 1988) mainly working in the area of gifts Beauty & Wellness, Engraved Crystal thus all sort of gifts. Expended in the wine accessories field around 1995 when I started working with my friend for a decade and then slowly we became sort of partners.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Will do my best to make sure the client(s) are happy with their selections and play interferences with the contractors if something didn't come with it or there is a problem.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
one location
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our Business is mainly online 24/7 but we offer customer service by phone & in person wherever necessary as well as follow up care. For items in stock our location is West Houston between the Beltway & Hwy 6 & I-10
