Our home on Stone Angel is newly opened this year. Diane has been in the medical field for 32yrs Providing care for Seniors daily with Home Health and in the Assisted Living environment.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential Personal Care for Seniors. Assistance with bathing, dressing, medication management, incontinence care, Memory Care, food prep, Special Diets, Socialization, Arrangements for visiting Physicians, Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry and Speech Therapy. Accommodations can be made to suit individual cases.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am a Licensed Nurse with 32 yrs in the Medical Profession. I have an extensive background in various Medical fields including-Gerontology. Being a Home Health Nurse I have Had the opportunity to visit many Assisted Living Facilities and Personal Care Homes. Though many provide good care with Activities of Daily Living, with my medical background all of my staff will be trained in all aspects of care including Health and Wellness.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Many owners of Personal care homes do not have medical experience, such as Estia Care. All staff are and will be highly trained in all aspects, caring for our Residents.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
This is our first home with future plans of 6 locations.
