we've been in busniess for six months.
What is your primary product or service?
soul and cajun foods
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
well i've known since i was in the sixth grade that i wanted to be an owner operator and so about three years ago i met up with this young lady at church and we always talked about starting a small kitchen and with the faith that we have in God we both are married and have three or more kids and we just wanted to be able to spend more time with our families and here we are finally doing our thing which we love doing and thats cooking. How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
well most people look for fast food C&C Kitchen provides just down home good cookin just like i received at grandmas:)
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
we're in the process of looking for a building but we most of the time set up on properties with tents ,table, and chairs.
