What is your primary product or service?
We provide affordable real estate solutions. Our primary focus is on wholesale, residential rehab and Lease purchase methods for our clients.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Since my father bought his first rental property, I have been engaged in real estate. However, January 1, 2010, real estate has been my central interest.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are solution oriented with regards to our client's interests. We are determined in making deals work. While we are interested in profit, we understand that everyone must win, in order for our business to be sustainable.
