We create incredible, collaborative workspaces and private offices with all the infrastructure & services you need so you don't have to which empowers designers, developers, freelancers, entrepreneurs for success through collaboration and co-working. #workbetter #commonoffice
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've had the opportunity to work from home for a number of years. Although it was fun at first, the realities of life (noise, distraction etc.) eventually became all too real and so I went out to find somewhere else I could work from. Starbucks was too noisy and busy, and the other virtual office spaces were so 'old' and boring, not to mention expensive. I figured there must be a way to create something exciting, energetic and the kind of place I'd look forward to going into each day, to get away from staring at my own 4 walls. I also missed the chance to visit and chat with other people, not just about work related things but life in general. That human interaction was really important to me and so I set out to build a space with large collaborative areas so that folks can see and visit with others if they want to, but still close themselves back off when they needed to also.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We're really modern, built in a prime lifestyle center with plenty of options for eating and meeting people and our pricing is incredibly low (without any nickel and dime extras). We just wanted to be a fair provided of quality services, believing that we don't need to lock someone in with a 3 years lease just to keep them. We believe our service offering alone with keep members for many years to come. We're also incredibly flexible, giving entrepreneurs the opportunity to grow up or down as they need to, without any penalties!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our first location is in Vintage Park in North Houston, and we will be opening more around the Houston area in 2015.

Head north on 249 taking the Louetta Road exit. Turn East and Vintage Park is on the right side.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all electronic forms of payment such as ACH, Wire, Credit Cards etc.
Which areas do you service?
The Vintage Park location brings in people from the Spring / Woodlands area on the east, to Cypress on the west.

9am - 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Extended access is given to all Private Office space members.
