Barron Builders and Management Company, Inc., (BBMC) is a Texas corporation formed in 1958 primarily engaging in new construction of elderly and multifamily properties, major multifamily rehabilitation, and the property management of elderly and multifamily properties. We provide competent, comprehensive service in professional asset management. BBMC has been awarded the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management. This accreditation assures clients of management expertise, financial stability, and professional excellence. Our building experience includes performance as developer, builder and seller of thousands of single-family residents and as "turn-key" developer of 1,360 multifamily properties whose single budgets have been in excess of $8 million dollars.
Our packaging experience includes services for market analysis and feasibility determination, utility audits, ownership, structuring and projections, property acquisition, and the essential profitable operative management of the improved property.
Barron Builders and Management Company has been involved with senior housing since 1987 and currently manages eight (8) senior citizen communities in the state of Texas. Current staff members have been instrumental in the acquisition and start up of full service luxury retirement communities and Assisted Living facilities located in various states. They have directed feasibility studies, rehabilitation, marketing, staffing, social activities, food service programs, and operating systems specific to each community needs.
We manage multifamily properties comprised of approximately 4,000 units. BBMC has replaced other managing agents who needed operating cash contributions from the owners and attracted community threats to close down the properties. Certified accountant audits, when complemented by local police reports, present remarkable turnarounds of these properties, both physically and fiscally. We continue to dedicate our efforts at BBMC to achieving a commitment of excellence in the management and ministry of these multifamily opportunities.
Since the early 90's, BBMC has had the distinguished privilege of being the largest management company in the nation involved with the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) multifamily foreclosure business. We have worked with key officials at HUD in revitalizing thousands of multifamily units that, in turn, became assets for their communities as opposed to liabilities.
BBMC's corporate officers have university degrees in Architectural Construction, Business Management, and Business Marketing. Our Board Chairman and President have achieved five professional certifications of management designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. We believe these unique achievements merit confidence in our organization's ability to manage diversified multifamily housing, paper recording, and personnel, which are the broad responsibilities of our profession.
